PICK UP MILK COLLECTION FLEET

MAKIOS LOGISTICS runs the largest pick up milk collection fleet in Balkans. The annual collection of over 200.000 tons of cow and sheep milk from 1.500 farms is managed with 60 modern privately owned vehicles. In order to achieve efficient, safe, and reliable transportation our fleet is equipped with:

• Autonomous Collection Systems
• Tank Insulation.
• Telematics and transport management technology system with the possibility to monitor real time data (temperature – quantity – travel time)
• Printers for the collection data receipt.
• Washing line for the proper cleaning of the tanks

ΤΑΝΚ CONTAINERS

MAKIOS LOGISTICS has the flexibility to cover the transport of any type of liquid food at any time by operating a new fleet of tank containers. To achieve this goal, the fleet of tank containers is equipped with:

• Pressure Tank Containers appropriate for loading liquid products under pressure (beer)
• Tank Containers certified with ADR regulations
• Electrical Power mechanical speed variators
• Inox lobe pumps appropriate for liquid food unloading
• Sterile air line with possibly of sterilized unloading

SILO FLEET FOR BULK POWDER FOODS TRANPORTATION

MAKIOS LOGISTICS transports large quantities of flour, semolina, starches to all Balkans with the silo fleet of bulk powder foods. Our silos have loading capacity of over 60 cubic meters and they are equipped with:

• Oil free air compressor with safety valves
• Autonomous unloading systems for customers with special requirements
• Silo tanks with compartments with the possibility to load various qualities to different customers
• Safety equipment for the unloading’s (safety clamps, safety valves, earth leakage relay

LIQUID FOOD CISTERNS WITH COMPARTMENTS

MAKIOS LOGISTICS offers to its customers the flexibility to transport different qualities of products to different delivery points, with the liquid food cisterns with compartments. This kind of cisterns is equipped with:
